Terms & Conditions (For Students)

1. Fee paid is non-refundable including the admission / re-admission fees.
2. Fee must be paid before the due date ( 7th every month ).
3. Fee paid after 7th must include additional Rs 250/- for late payment.
4. Fee not paid during the current month, will lead to cancellation of admission, re-admission at the sole discretion of the management.
5. Student must perform in Swara Sadana program as guided and suggested by Gurus.
6. External performance events expenses will be charged at nominal fee for makeups, special trainings, dressing, video/photography etc.
7. Every student must attend the internal exams as per your syllabus completion status.
8. You may transferred to different Guru due to various reasons, from which Guru you should be learning is the sole discretion of institute.
9. Classes falling on Indian public holidays will not have any compensation classes.
10. If students are absent due to any reason, fee must be paid in full and no compensation classes will be given.
11. If Guru is on leave, compensation classes will be organized by institute coordinators.
12. Parents are not allowed to sit in the classroom along with the students.
13. Parents/ Students not discuss any non-related topics in the classroom with Gurus and / or with co-students.
14. Students may be asked buy books and study material as suggested by Gurus / institute.
15. Institute don’t sell any instruments, you may barrow instrument for temporary period by depositing the caution money.
16. Caution deposit given for instruments will be returned after deducting the rental amount.
17. Any damages / repairs needed on instrument will be deducted from the caution deposit.
18. Any suggestions / dissatisfactions must be discussed with institute management, never to discuss and debate with the Gurus.
